North Texas Samoyed Fanciers
Celebrating Samoyeds Since 2002
About Us
North Texas Samoyed Fanciers (NTSF) was founded in 2002 by a group of individuals in the Dallas/Ft. Worth metroplex who own and love Samoyed dogs. Our membership quickly expanded, and today, our membership represents decades of experience with the Samoyed breed.
NTSF
is the American Kennel Club (AKC)-affiliated Samoyed breed club for the
greater Dallas/Ft. Worth area, and we are working to complete the remainder
of AKC's requirements to become a full-fledged AKC licensed club, with the
ability to hold our own Samoyed specialty shows.
The club seeks to provide support, resources and activities for Samoyed owners with many diverse interests. Our members are active participants in conformation (dog shows), obedience, agility, utility and therapy.
One of our primary causes as a club is Samoyed rescue. To that end, we assist and support North Texas Samoyed Rescue, Inc. This 501(c)3 non-profit corporation works to rescue and rehabilitate rescued Samoyeds, finding "forever" homes for them with loving families. Many NTSF events, including garage sales, online auctions, and raffles at our AKC Sanctioned Matches are held to benefit Samoyed rescue. For more information about North Texas Samoyed Rescue, Inc.
